To develop an enterprise-wide citizenship platform that meaningfully and measurably delivers on the bank’s purpose and brand promise, while addressing a tangible social need.

 

The Approach

We created a citizenship platform that addresses barriers to social, economic and environmental inclusion. We identified the drivers of change – areas that when elevated in concert help all people to live more confidently, regardless of their race, gender, age, religion, ability, sexual orientation or ethnicity.

 

The Impact

TD is investing C$1 billion by 2030 in four areas that support change, nurture progress and contribute to making the world a more inclusive place.
