The opportunity was to define a big, transformational idea that articulates TD Bank Group’s commitment to community and unites areas of giving against a singular vision to drive impact and benefit back to the business.
To honour the bank’s history of helping create the conditions people need to succeed, PUBLIC worked with TD to create a global corporate citizenship platform that addresses barriers to social, economic, and environmental inclusion.
The Ready Commitment is strategically designed to address the global pace of change – the world is growing, shrinking, and changing fast and with that comes exciting opportunities. But change is not always equitable and some individuals are struggling disproportionately more to keep up.
To meaningfully help create a more inclusive future, PUBLIC worked with TD to identify the drivers of change – those areas that when elevated in concert help all people to live more confidently, regardless of their race, gender, age, religion, ability, sexual orientation or ethnicity. These four areas are financial security, a vibrant planet, connected communities and better health.
