LIFE'S TOO SHORT TO WASTE

ISSUE

Fast fashion is having a devastating impact on the environment.

The most innovative brands are doing something about it, but they have to find smart ways to let likeminded consumers know.

A white converse ReNEW Chuck Taylor, fully recyclable, sits against a grey backdrop. A tag line reads, "there's always a way to renew what we do."

SOLUTION

Excite consumers about Converse’s sustainable apparel.

Converse was launching the first shoe made entirely from recycled materials. We helped them name it and brand it. And we created an innovative positioning they could use moving forward, to connect their broad sustainability goals to the brand’s spirit and tone.

Life’s too short to waste.

The positioning combines Converse's brand essence "the daring spirit of youth" with its robust waste reduction strategy, inspiring consumers to embrace life and sustainability. The brand Renew launched in 2019 and continues to be among the top recommended sustainable shoes year after year.
