The Challenge

Johnson & Johnson created the Center for Health Worker Innovation to call attention to, and drive action on, the critical quantity and quality issues that are facing frontline health workers globally.  We were asked to create a piece of communication to help explain the issue and launch the Johnson & Johnson Center for Health Worker Innovation.


The Approach

To launch the Center and the work that Johnson & Johnson is doing to help tackle this issue, we created a launch video for a Johnson & Johnson event that took place at the UN General Assembly to galvanize global health influencers with the idea that solving the problems facing frontline health workers will ultimately create better health for all.


The Impact

Collectively, we gathered a wide variety of impact ideas and drove audience and social engagement amongst attendees. We are currently working with Johnson & Johnson to develop a strategy to amplify the Center’s impact.
